Two flexible discs, driven by eccentrics and connecting rods, work in opposition of each other to create suction, discharge and induced flow of the fluid through the pump. Offset within the casting, the discs work similar to opposing diaphragms creating rapid liquid velocities and high volumetric efficiencies.
